Pilates is recommended as a suitable method of exercises for many health conditions such as arthritis, parkinsons and MS.I teach Pilates in small group settings and classes are run as a 6 week course, allowing you to master the exercises and monitor your progress as the weeks go on. I also give you helpful corrections so you get the most out of the exercises.

Having being established in the summer of 1986, next season we celebrate our 30th anniversary. You will see from our badge that our formation date is prominent within it.
Over the years we have had to play our home matches at many locations but we now look forward to the next generation being based at the Lon Fawr pitches which we are pleased to have the use of. We owe a huge debt to so many people (too many to mention!) and of course to Denbighshire County Council for the use of the pitches.
Next season our under 13’s, 14’s, 15’s and 16’s will play and train on the three pitches at Lon Fawr. The under 12’s shall remain, possibly for one more season, at Glasdir fields next to the Football and Cricket ground. The following season all five teams are likely to be based at Lon Fawr. Anyone interested is very welcome to pop down at 10:30am for under 13 and 14 matches and 2:00pm for under 15’s and 16’s. All matches are played on Saturdays and up to date fixtures can be found on the Wrexham and District Youth Football League web site. Each season we facilitate organised football for over 100 boys, most of whom reside within about 5 miles of Ruthin.
Finally I’d like to pay tribute to the 15 plus unpaid volunteers who come together to coach , manage and administer all that needs doing in and around our club. Huge thanks to each and every one of them!
